Most of the government offices in the district are found to be without websites. On Sunday, the information officer of the district administration office and the assistant chief district officer Janak Sharma chaired the information officer's meeting, the participants informed that most of the offices do not have a website.

'Information came that 9 of the 13 participants in the meeting do not have a website,' Assistant Prazia Sharma said, 'It was found that most of them open a Facebook page and put information about the office.'  He said that although the district office has done some work according to the Right to Information Act, there is a problem at the local level. "There is a problem that there is no work without the head and deputy head of the municipality, and the staff are not found in the field," he said. Most of the offices here do not even have a citizen's charter.

Information officer Cutak Mahat informed that the health service office publishes information about the office every 3 months. He also informed that the notice given by the head of the office a month ago not to call after office hours has now been removed.

Information Officer Govinda Prasad Chowdhury said that the district police office also gives information through Facebook and messenger groups. He said that the information about the case under investigation will remain confidential.

Information officer's number with photo is also not updated as there is a complaint  The meeting has decided to update the notice from January to March and put it on its website within May 15 and send a copy to the district post office, district coordination committee and district administration to publish the work done quarterly in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 (3) of the Right to Information Act 2064. There is no website of the district post where the report is to be sent. Even the office that has a website has not been updated  Information Engineer Maniraj Pandey said.  The

meeting has decided that all offices in the district should keep information officer's name, photo and phone number details, information party, citizen's charter and complaint box in a place where everyone can easily see it, keep it properly protected, update and respond to received complaints in a timely manner and follow the customer-friendly working style .
