Two people have died after being crushed by a tree in Dailekh. On Friday morning, two people died while cutting trees at Siala Community Forest in Bhairavi Rural Municipality-5 Dhadgaon.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Sunil Dahal of District Police Office Dailekh informed that the deceased were 49-year-old Tarka Bahadur Shahi and 27-year-old Indra Bahadur Shahi.
According to police chief Dahal, he was crushed to death by a tree when he went to cut firewood for his relative's annual death anniversary. They died on the way while bringing them home for treatment.
