'Due to the lack of an administrative officer, there has been a problem with development and other daily operations,' he said. Although most of the plans have been agreed upon and the work has been completed, they have to face the problem of non-payment due to the absence of an executive.
In the first week of last December, Karnali Province Government, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, including the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, most of the projects that have been agreed in the office of the rural municipality have been agreed upon, but the payment has been stopped because there is no execution.
