The recommendation service will be started online to get the citizenship certificate. Chief District Officer Ram Bahadur Shahi informed that preparations are being made to start this service at all eight local levels of the district from next January.

Prior to this, a meeting was held with the head of the local level and the head of the district coordination committee and the recommendations were discussed online. Prazia Shahi said, 'Online citizenship recommendation has been advanced through the centralized citizenship information management system of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The recommendation for citizenship can be given through the online system. The necessary training will be given to the staff for this.'
