It has been revealed that the mother killed two minor daughters in Salyan. It has been revealed that the two girls who were found dead at home in Bangad Kupinde Municipality-11 Galgol around 11 am on Wednesday morning were killed by their mother.
When questioned by the police team that reached the scene, the 25-year-old mother Purnima Rana admitted to the murder. She killed her 3-year-old daughter Karishma and 6-month-old daughter Raghavi. Police said that the father of the girl, Tekman Rana, is out of the district due to employment.
When questioned by the police, Poornima admitted that she killed her daughters due to domestic disputes with her husband, Deputy Superintendent of Police Keshar Kumar Neupane said. She said in her statement to the police that she killed her daughters by strangling them with a cloth scarf. The police have taken Poornima into custody. The police team recovered the scene and sent the body to the district hospital for post-mortem.
