The earthquake victims of Darma, who are living in Tahroa, have returned to their damaged houses due to cold. Due to the sudden increase in cold, the children suffered from pneumonia, fever, cold, etc. 4 thousand 80 houses of Darma were damaged by the earthquake. 1 thousand 600 families were forced to live in Tahara after the damage made it impossible to live. 

The government said to give 50,000 grant to the earthquake victims to build a tower immediately. After the amount of 25,000 given for the first installment was insufficient, the victims, who were living in a shanty after taking loans, returned to their damaged houses. After the tower became useless, the locals started using the tower for other purposes . Bir Bahadur Khadka of Bachela, who came back from shaking the building damaged by the earthquake, said that the roof made of tin was narrow, fire could not be lit to avoid the cold, water would leak if it rained, and dew would leak at night because of the cold. Tell . "Earthquakes are happening in different places everyday. If there is a big earthquake, it is certain that the house will be destroyed, but what to do, there is no money to build a new building, the government does not support, there is an obligation not to live,' he said.

Dharma-1's Vimala Oli said that a house cracked by an earthquake is safer than a tower. She said, "If the fire was lit on the roof because of the cold, the smoke would not have settled". Same problem when sleeping in the same room. "If you move the cracked house, you are protected from cold, heat, wind and rain," she said. 

Earthquake damaged 800 houses in Darma-5 with 526 complete and 274 partial. Ward president Sudeep KC said that the 400 houses that were completely damaged here were living in temporary roofs because it was difficult to live.

Chairman of Darma Rural Municipality, Neem Bahadur KC, said that after the earthquake, more than 1,600 families were living in roofs because they felt insecure because they were suffering from various diseases. Tell . He said that since December alone, 500 families left their homes and moved to damaged houses due to the cold. According to him, most of the people living in Tahara have fallen ill due to the cold.

He said that the government neglected to rebuild the damaged houses and because of the financial situation, the condition of the victims was miserable because everyone could not build a new house. Yagya Bahadur Basnet, Head of the Health Branch, said that due to the sudden increase in cold, children of Darma Rural Municipality are not only living in Tahroa, but pneumonia, colds, fever are increasing and asthma problems are increasing in senior citizens.
