Devaka Lamichhane of CPN-Maoist Center has been elected as the Deputy Chief of Nalgad Municipality of Jajarkot.

Lamichhane got 4 thousand 272 votes. His closest rival, Indra Chand Singh of the Nepali Congress, got 3,147 votes.

UML candidate Sunita Bohra got 2 thousand 542 votes and Rashtriya Swatantra Party's Parvati Pun got 179 votes.
