District Police Office Jumla has established a Citizen Help Desk at the bus park. In order to prevent any passenger from suffering and to reduce the risk of accidents during Dasaintihar, the Civil Help Desk has been brought into operation. Chief District Officer Ram Bahadur Shahi announced that the Civil Assistant Cell has been put into operation.

The Civil Assistance Center has come into operation to reduce road accidents, prevent theft and robbery and protect passengers. Efforts will be made to spread awareness through Citizen Help Center and address any citizen's complaints.  

Along with this, Deputy Superintendent of Police Chedilal Kamti informed that activities such as distribution of awareness leaflets, pamphlets, compulsory seat belts for drivers and not allowing passengers to carry more than their capacity will be carried out from the assistance center. 

He also asked them not to drive vehicles under the influence of alcohol, to follow road lane discipline, to use helmets and drive motorcycles at the specified speed. 'Speeding is a loss of life,' Deputy Superintendent of Police Kamati said, 'There is a plan to mobilize the police at crowded places and spread awareness by identifying possible accident sites.' The help center has alerted. The police say that there should be installation of CC cameras in the house, emergency sirens and lighting at night.

Keeping a dog at home as much as possible, closing the main entrance properly, not keeping a lot of cash and jewelry at home, keeping photos and clear addresses and contact numbers of tenants working in the home, not allowing strangers to enter the home, and wearing expensive jewelry during crowded and fair festivals. District Police Office Jumla informed that they have been warned not to wear it.
