This is a traditional Ayurvedic medicine and is made by mixing gold ash, Brahmi powder, and honey.

Dhaulagiri Ayurveda Hospital, Baglung has started administering 'Swarnabindu Prashan' to children from four districts of the region. So far, 2,804 children from Baglung and Parbat have been administered 'Swarnabindu Prashan', said Kamal Bikram Poudel, acting chief of Dhaulagiri Ayurveda Hospital.

'We have administered 'Swarnabindu Prashan' four times to children aged one to five,' he said, 'This helps improve the children's immune system, memory power and even increase their lifespan.'

Poudel said that this is a traditional Ayurvedic medicine and it is made by mixing gold ash, Brahmi ghriti, and honey. This medicine is administered from 7 am to 10 am on the days of Pushya Nakshatra of every month. Ayurveda Hospital is preparing to reach out to rural areas of Baglung, Parbat, Myagdi, and Mustang in the coming days to provide Swarnabindu Prashan.
