The District Administration Office has collected more than Rs 10 million in revenue in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
Chief District Officer Ram Krishna Adhikari informed that Rs 11.15 million 1815 thousand 885 has been collected from organization registration and renewal, arms renewal and transfer, passport fees, etc.
According to him, Rs 250,000 has been collected from organization registration and renewal, Rs 325,000 from arms renewal and transfer, Rs 11.158 million from passport fees, and Rs 135,435 from judicial fines.
434 complaints resolved
In the first quarter of the current fiscal year, 619 complaints have been registered at the District Administration Office. Complaints have been registered at the office through various means. The Chief District Officer informed that the highest number of complaints was received through the Citizen App, 572. Similarly, he said that the office received 34 complaints through applications and 13 complaints from regulatory bodies. He informed that 434 of the complaints have been resolved.
For the convenience of service recipients, the office has made arrangements to register complaints through QR codes, but the Pradya Adhikari says that no complaints have been received through QR codes. Similarly, no complaints have been received through Hello Government. According to the Pradya Adhikari, 387 of the complaints received through the Nagarik app, 34 of the complaints received through the office, and 13 of the complaints received through the regulatory body have been resolved.
