A young man has drowned in the Narayani River while filming a TikTok video in Gaindakot, eastern Nawalparasi. Police have stated that Tarun Bhandari, who was filming a video in the Narayani River in Gaindakot, suddenly drowned and disappeared.
According to the District Police Office, Bhandari is a laborer working on an under-construction ship project on the Narayani River. He had given his friend Shiva Bhattarai his own mobile phone to make a TikTok video and asked him to shoot it.
Bhandari, who had suddenly reached the river while shooting the video, went missing, but his friends and locals searched for him but he was not found. The police say that the Area Police Office Gaidakot and a diving team are currently searching for him.
The missing 21-year-old Tarun Bhandari is a resident of Baitadi. He was working at Rhino Water Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in Gaidakot-8, Kushumaghat.
