From Beni to Mustang border, 26 kilometers out of 33 kilometers have been blacktopped.
According to Bishnu Chapagain, engineer of the road project, the road has been made 11 meters wide, blacktopped and sloped. 11 kilometers out of 16.5 kilometers of the Nagdhunga-Kaikukhola section have been blacktopped and sloped at a cost of Rs 630 million. 15 kilometers out of 19 kilometers of the Rahughat-Nagdhunga section have been completed at a cost of Rs 660 million.
Similarly, motorable bridges have been constructed at Ghattekhola of Kaligandaki, Dana, and Bailey bridges have been installed at Bhurungkhola and Rupshekhola.
