A child has gone missing while swimming in the Trishuli River at Buddhchowk, Devghat Rural Municipality-5. A child who went swimming with him was rescued safely.
According to the District Police Office, 17-year-old from Bharatpur Metropolitan City-16 Mangalpur who disappeared after being swept away by the river on Monday evening. Krishna Lamichhane, while 13-year-old Kushal Dhakal of Bharatpur-15 Phulbari was rescued safely.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Ashok Thapa said that the 13-year-old from Bharatpur-15 Phulbari who went swimming with the boy Lamichhane. Dhakal was rescued safely. According to him, the local Som Bahadur Bote child Dhakal was rescued.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Thapa said, 'An armed police team with divers from the area police office Devghat, police station Jugedi and No. 17 Gan Amptari Chitwan is searching for the missing child, but they are unable to find it.'
