Six people were injured when a van carrying students met with an accident in Baglung. A van of Galkot Multipurpose Campus has met with an accident this morning near Shivalaya Mandir located in Galkot Municipality-5 of the district.

According to Galkot area police office, the campus van No. G1JH 743 on its way to Hatia from Harichour met with an accident.

18-year-old Sushmita Vick, 18-year-old Pramila Vick, 25-year-old Mohon Singh Sunar, 19-year-old Jeevan Khatri, 19-year-old Amisa Chhetri and 18-year-old Sunita Sapkota were injured in the accident, according to Police Assistant Inspector Man Bahadur Karki of Area Police Office Galkot.

The injured are being treated at Galkot Nagar Hospital. Police inspector Karki said that the accident happened due to high speed.
