Boutique Association Pokhara Nepal is going to present 15 designers at this year's Pokhara Designers Fashion Week-2025. Actors and models along with actress Karishma Manandhar will be participating in the fashion week in Pokhara on July 30 as 'show stoppers'.

Sushma Thapa Pandey, Sapna Gurung Ghale, Indira Lamichhane, Soyatta Bhattarai Lamsal, Kamala Gurung, Amit Baral, Shanti Sris Magar, Renu Subba, Rina Shrestha, Srijan Shrestha, Asmi Gurung, Shobha Gurung, Manju Kshatri and Kalpana Gurung will present their designs at the Fashion Week. Karisma Manandhar along with Karishma Manandhar, actors Anjana Barailly, Sanisha Bhattarai, Prince Singh, model Krishal Shrestha, former Miss Nepal International 2012 Subheksha Khadka, Miss Nepal 2019 Meera Kashpati and Miss Darjeeling 2023 Prerna Lama will participate as

show stoppers. According to Kamala Gurung, secretary of

organization, traditional, modern and cultural designs prepared by boutique businessmen in and around Pokhara will be presented in Fashion Week. She said, 'This time we are bringing a different style of fashion week to Pokhara, which will bring Nepali clothing and creativity to the international stage.' Indira Lamichhane, the president of

organization, said that the main purpose of the fashion week is to showcase creativity, promote the fashion industry, network and expand the market. "This program will be a platform for new opportunities and collaboration for designers, models and fashion professionals," she said. "This step will be important to strengthen the Nepali fashion industry."

Established in 2074, this organization has been working for the promotion of Nepali fashion industry along with protecting the rights and interests of businessmen. Currently, the organization has more than 30 life members and more than 35 ordinary members. Shanti Srees Magar, former president of the organization, said that the organization, which has been supporting businessmen affected by the economic impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, has conducted skill training for designers, tailors, models and artisans and created jobs in recent years.
