The Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport Management has expressed his displeasure towards the MP who tore the annual development program booklet for the upcoming financial year in the rostrum of the Gandaki Provincial Assembly.

Minister Prakash Bahadur KC, while answering questions raised under the ministry on Friday, insisted that there was no budget allocation to the extent that he had to tear up the budget book. He said that the MP who tore the budget booklet, Resham Bahadur Jugjali, had made the allocation when he was the Minister of Physical Infrastructure and there was not much difference in the currently allocated budget figures. At that time, he had allocated 715 million in that district. The budget amount of Myagdi district which is currently allocated is 600 million 77 million," he added, "There is no significant difference between the amount allocated earlier and the amount proposed in the next financial year. I don't think it is necessary to tear up the budget book.'

In Myagdi, Minister KC said that 52 crore 71 lakh rupees have been allocated for the obligations of the multi-year plan with guaranteed resources. He sarcastically said that the budget book might have been torn to play the role of the opposition.

While participating in the budget discussion under the ministry, MP Jugjali tore the pamphlet on the rostrum on June 9. He expressed his anger by saying that the Physical Minister and the Finance Minister would visit the district at his personal expense to explain the geographical situation of Myagdi.
