One person has died after eating mushrooms in Shantol, Beas Municipality-6 of the district. The district police office said that 30-year-old Narayan Magar of Myagde rural municipality-6 Sarvalang died.
Ashok Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office informed that Narayan died on Monday during treatment in Pokhara out of 10 people who fell ill after eating mushrooms last Friday night. According to him, the condition of nine sick people is out of danger. 10 people fell ill on Friday after eating mushrooms grown in the garden.
