Last Saturday, local 69-year-old Bhupendra Giri hit the ward president Deepak Subedi, who had come to stop encroachment on public land, with a rod. The district administration office has detained Giri in the case of indecent behavior and gave them 7 days to investigate on Monday, according to the district police office Kaski.
