A woman who was a victim of sexual abuse complained that she could not get justice on time when the trial was postponed several times. In the year 2081 Baisakh, the case of the victim of the sexual harassment incident is ongoing in the court. It is mentioned in the court statistics that even though the accused is in custody for preliminary investigation, the same case has appeared in the court nine times.
However, the case which was submitted to the bench as a witness nine times was adjourned six times due to various reasons and only two orders were given. Common people who come to the court for justice are faced with problems because the trial process is often postponed and the case cannot be disposed of on time.
