Gandaki State Chief Minister Dilliraj Bhatt has approved the Gandaki State Civil Service (First Amendment) Ordinance 2081.

The Chief Minister and Council of Ministers' office of Gandaki province sent the ordinance to the provincial chief's office for verification on Wednesday, but the provincial chief Bhatt certified it today.

According to the statement issued by Rameshwar Aryal, the spokesperson of the office of the head of the state, the ordinance has been validated according to the clause 1 of Article 202 of the Constitution of Nepal. 

Last Tuesday's Gandaki Provincial Government Council of Ministers meeting passed an ordinance to amend the Provincial Civil Service Act.
