Under the Prithviraj highway, the obstruction that was made during the night on the Deurali road section entering Beas Municipality-12 of Tanahun has been removed.

The obstacle has been removed since Monday when the road was closed for five and a half hours every day during the night to cut the hill in the Muglin-Pokhara road extension.  Bishnu Prasad Pandey, Engineer of Muglin-Pokhara Road Plan (Eastern Section), informed that the road was closed from 3rd to 23rd of last November from 11:00 pm to 4:30 am until further notice. . He said, 'The work being done during the night has been stopped now. Now vehicles will operate in that section even at night.'

68 percent progress has been made so far in the eastern section of the Muglin-Pokhara road. According to Pandey, construction of 14 small bridges under the eastern section has been completed. In the eastern section, the agreement was signed on January 17, 2077 and the work started on May 2, 2078. The contract for the eastern section has been awarded to China Communication Construction.
