The Gandaki state government, which could not spend 40 percent of the budget until the end of May, has spent 66.59 percent of the budget in the financial year 2080/81. 2 billion budget was paid in one day and the budget equal to more than two quarters was spent only in June. According to the old party, it seems that the last year's budget expenditure was only in June.
According to the data of the State Controller of Accounts Office, on June 23 only, the state government has paid 1 billion 91 crore 85 lakh 2 thousand 62 rupees, i.e. 5.74 percent. Similarly, on June 24, 3.59 percent i.e. 1 billion 198 million 94 thousand 843 rupees was spent. This is the day where the most budget was spent last year.
The last day of the financial year 2080/81 is Monday. The activities of the financial year from the government sector will end on June 31st. However, last June 24 was the last day for government transactions. According to the provisions of rule 30 of the Financial Procedures and Financial Responsibility Regulations, 2077, government business was stopped after the accounts operated by the Controller General's Office (Malenica), the State Controller's Office (Pralenica) and the Treasury and Accounts Controller's Office (Kolenica) of all districts were closed.

Gautam said that overall budget expenditure is satisfactory. He said that since the payment of the development project will be done at the end, the major part of the budget will be spent in June. The employees themselves say that the budget is being implemented in the old style, that it should be completed after the end of June. Gautam said that the budget agreement will be made at the last moment, the payment of the plans that have been completed on time will be made in June, the budget will be spent in June due to multi-year plans, money transfer, and the target of spending will not be met.
