It has broken some records of previous Bollywood films by doing aggressive business on the first day of its release.
Earlier, surpassing the record of the highest opening in the name of Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Jawan', 'Dhurandhar 2' has become the first Bollywood film to enter the 100 crore club on the first day.
According to a report by box office tracking site 'Sacnilk', 'Dhurandhar 2' has done business of Rs 102 crore on the first day at the Indian box office. The average occupancy of the film is 59.5 percent.
The film had set a new record by earning Rs 43 crore from paid previews (special shows).
If the paid preview and opening day collections are added, the net earnings of the film in India alone have reached Rs 145.55 crore.
