Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city has purchased Mahaveer Pun's book as a support for the operation of the agricultural implement factory in Birganj. Sub-metropolitan city has purchased 666 books worth five lakh rupees while supporting Pun's campaign.
Mayor Meenakumari Lama said that Pun, who arrived in Hetaunda on Thursday with a book sale campaign, bought his books to support his campaign.
Scientist Pun, who started the campaign from Sudurpaschim Province, is selling books in Chitwan and Hetaunda of Wagmati Province via Lumbini, Gandaki. He said that he is thinking of conducting a sales campaign in Hetaunda for a few more days. Pun, who came to the sub-metropolis for the book campaign, said that even though the government did not pay for the work, he himself prepared to run an agricultural implement factory. According to
Pun, the production of small tools has been started from the factory in Birganj. He said that 8/9 agricultural tools are being produced to go to the market within the next 6 months. He said that 125,000 books have been sold across the country so far during the campaign.
