The National Independent Party (NIP), which achieved remarkable success in the House of Representatives elections held on February 21, has accelerated its organization expansion in Ramechhap.
In Ramechhap, which has only one House of Representatives constituency, Dr. Krishnahari Budhathoki of the NCP was elected to the parliament, beating the candidates of the CPN-UML, Nepali Congress and other parties. He is currently the chairman of the Finance Committee of the Federal Parliament.

According to NCP Ramechhap Vice President Mohan Karki, conventions were held in only 25 wards of the district until the House of Representatives elections. 'The Center has directed that all ward conventions be held by June 10,' he said. 'Accordingly, new leadership has now been selected through conventions in 28 wards.'
According to him, all ward conventions have been completed in Gokulganga and Umakunda rural municipalities, and the municipal convention has also been completed. In Likhutamakoshi rural municipality, preparations are underway for the municipal convention. Ward conventions are being held in other municipalities.
Karki said that the party has increased its activity with the goal of completing all ward and municipal conventions by the end of Jestha. According to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Ramechhap, there are currently about 7,000 members in the district. MP Budhathoki, District President Ramesh Rayamajhi and district office bearers are participating in the ward convention.
Deputy President Karki said that the party is working towards the goal of expanding its influence to the local level in the coming days by accelerating the expansion of the organization. .
