Voters have boycotted voting in Beding, saying that no candidate has come to seek votes and that Beding's complaints have not been heard.  An employee deployed at the polling station said that no voter has come to cast his vote till 10:45 am. 

There are 133 voters in Beding, known as the village of Aarohiharu.
