Makawanpur police have arrested two youths with illegal drugs. Police arrested 19-year-old Manish Gupta, a resident of Gapa-4, Dhobini, Parsa, and 19-year-old Vijay Sahni, a resident of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City-1, on Friday with 570 units of the drug Nitrazepam tablets.
Police deployed from the Ward Police Office, Hetauda, arrested them from Buddha Chowk, Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-10, according to the District Police Office, Hetauda.
The police found drugs while searching their bodies on suspicion, said Pushkar Bogati, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Hetauda. The police said that they are investigating the two arrested persons after obtaining a time-limit from the Makawanpur District Court, Hetauda.
