An all-party meeting held on Sunday under the chairmanship of Chief Electoral Officer Geeta Shrestha decided on the time for candidacy registration.

On Magh 22, the first time has been set for the Mongol National Organization from 10 to 11 am. Then, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has been set from 11 to 12 and the UML from 12 to 1 pm. The RPP has been asked to register its candidacy between 1 and 2 pm.
The Nepali Communist Party has been set from 2 to 3 pm. The Congress has been set from 3 to 4 pm and Ujjaya Nepal has been set for one hour after that, said Chief Election Officer Shrestha. Arrangements have been made for independent candidates to nominate at any time from 10 to 5 am.
Chief District Officer Basanta Adhikari informed the meeting about peace, security and polling stations. The offices of both constituencies of the district have been established in the building of the Agricultural Wholesale Market in Thanabharyang, Hetauda-11.
The meeting has arranged that only 15 people, including candidates who are coming to register their nominations, will be allowed to enter the office premises. There are 158,435 voters in Makawanpur-1. There are 156,899 voters in Makawanpur-2. Similarly, there are 105 polling stations in area number 1 and 2.
