The compilation of voter lists is underway in Makawanpur, targeting the upcoming House of Representatives elections scheduled for February 21.

From Asoj 10 to Sunday, 3,060 people have registered their names in the voter list. About 300 people registered on Sunday and about 200 on Friday.

Dhakal, the head of the election office, said that those who have completed 18 years of age by the upcoming Falgun 20 will be able to vote.
In the House of Representatives election held in Mangsir, the number of voters in Makawanpur was 294,919. Of these, 144,959 were female voters, 149,954 were male voters, and 6 were other voters.
