The locals were disappointed when the Nagi Pahare-Pulu-Belauri road, which connects Likhutamakoshi Rural Municipality-2 and 4, was not navigable even after a decade. But on Saturday, happiness shone on their faces. After 10 years, the bus has reached the village.

The locals celebrated the arrival of the bus of the Araniko Transport Service Committee as a festival. When the bus entered the village, the villagers gave a grand welcome to the people's representative who took the initiative to bring the bus along with the driver and co-driver with flower garlands.

The residents of Pahare, Radung, Dusim, Danda Kharka, Jetty and other settlements are very happy with the operation of the bus. This road will now connect the former wards 2 and 3 of Ward No. 2 Saipu and various villages of Ward No. 4.

According to Subhraj Sunuwar of Pahare, Ward No. 2 Saipu, the villagers had been facing difficulties for years due to the lack of bus operation. Sunuwar, who is also a bamboo basket trader, said, 'We make baskets, baskets, and baskets from bamboo, but when the bus did not run on the road, it was difficult to reach the market.  Now we can easily send goods by paying the fare, this is news that will exceed the limit of joy.'

Radung and Dusim villages are famous for producing junar, oranges and other sour fruits. Now that transportation is easier, it is expected that these agricultural products will also be easier to reach the market.

Ward Chairman Santosh Poudel of Ward No. 2 Saipu said that Araniko Yatayat Seva Samiti and businessman Arjun Poudel have made a great contribution in bus operation. He said, 'It is a historic moment for our village that buses are running on this road even after 10 years. From today, regular bus services have been operated on this road from the capital Kathmandu.'

According to him, regular bus services have started from Chabahil in Kathmandu via Dhobi, Nagi to Pahare-Pulu-Belauri from Sunday. With the operation of the bus service, it will be easier for the villagers to move around and transport goods.

Ward Chairman Poudel added, 'Now regular bus operations will bring a new momentum to the economic, social and educational development of the settlements of Ward Nos. 2 and 4 of Likhutamakoshi Rural Municipality.'
