A man from Mahabharata, who was seriously injured after his house collapsed due to rain, was rescued by helicopter. 46-year-old Dudhlal Moktan of Ghartichap, Mahabharat rural municipality ward number-8 of Kavre was seriously injured when his house collapsed due to rain on 19 October.
According to village chairman Kanchhalal Zimba, he was injured on the head. He said that he was brought to Ghartichap health post for treatment and treatment was not possible there.
According to him, he had to be sent to Kathmandu for further treatment and after all the road traffic was blocked due to rain, he was sent to Kathmandu via Nepali Army helicopter.
He said that he was rescued by a Nepalese army helicopter at 11:30 a.m. and sent to a trauma center in Kathmandu for further treatment. According to him, he is currently being treated at the trauma center.
