Jitman Tamang of Shivpuri Rural Municipality-7 killed his 49-year-old wife after a domestic dispute escalated.

According to Vikram Lama, Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office, he killed his wife Savina by throwing a machete on Tuesday evening. Savina died on the spot.  As soon as information about the

incident was received, the accused Tamang was arrested and necessary action was taken. The accused has confessed to killing his wife in a fit of rage.
