He informed that 23 people were confirmed to be driving under the influence of drugs during vehicle checks conducted at various places in Kavre from June 6 to July 27.
According to him, in the test conducted on 21 people in Sanga on June 6th, 3 people were confirmed, in the test conducted on 40 people in Panauti on July 1st, 8 people were confirmed, in the test conducted on 40 people in Mangaltar on July 6th, zero in the test conducted on 29 people in Panchkhal on July 6th, and in the test conducted on July 27th in Sanga, 9 people were confirmed to have consumed drugs.
