A woman died in Bharatpur when the cover broke and fell into the septic tank.
According to the Chitwan District Police Office, the incident took place on Saturday evening at Sharad Krishna Tal of Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality-9 Sharadpur.
Police spokesperson DSP Ravindra Khanal informed that 64-year-old Radhika Vick was the deceased. She fell after breaking the lid of the septic tank made of cement rings. When his daughter saw him, he was rescued and taken to Bharatpur Government Hospital. The police informed that he died at 8:30 pm during the treatment.
