A brother-in-law died when his brother-in-law hit him with a sharp weapon in Thaha municipality of Makwanpur. Among the deceased is Tulamaya Gopali, the 50-year-old wife of Manoj Gopali, who lives in Thaha-1 Kunchal.

 

District Police Office Makwanpur said that 35-year-old Bimalman Gopali of the same place, who is related to Uma's brother-in-law, fired a sharp weapon. Bimalman struck Tulamaya's head and body with a weapon. He died on the spot .  Bimalman was absconding after the

incident. A team led by Sub-Inspector Santokumar Lama of Temporary Police Post Bajrabarahi and Police Inspector Savinbabu Aryal of Ela Police Office Palung took control from Thaha-3 police station. 

Bimalman has been detained by the police along with Khukuri. He has been kept in the area police office Palung. According to police, the body was sent to Kathmandu Teaching Hospital for post-mortem after preliminary investigation of the incident. Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal informed that the cause of the incident has not been disclosed.
