The Kantilokpath road connecting Hetauda-Kathmandu has come into operation. The road was blocked after the diversion was swept away by the Bagmati River located in Bhimfedi Rural Municipality-8 of Makwanpur.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal, spokesperson of District Police Office Makwanpur, informed that after the diversion was repaired at that place, the vehicles were operating from this morning. Due to the rains on October 10th to 12th, the flood that occurred in the Bagmati river washed away the Belibridge access road of the Bagua Bridge, and the vehicles are being operated by making a diversion.
Similarly, Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal informed that a dry landslide with stones falling from above in Bhimfedi Rural Municipality-8 Bharyangdad of Makwanpur on Thursday morning has removed the landslide.
