The arrival of devotees has started to take a bath at the holy shrine of Gosainkunda. Devotees have started coming for the special fair of Gosainkunda which starts from 13th of June.  According to the Gosaikund Area Development Committee, the fair will be conducted till Ekadashi on June 24.

This year, the committee expects five thousand devotees to bathe in Gosainkunda during the Dussehra festival. After traveling by motor from Kathmandu to Dhunche to go to Kund, which is located in the highest part of the district, 4 thousand 380 meters above sea level, the journey will start on foot and will pass through Tiwari Bagar, Khanti, Deurali, Dimsa, Cholangpati  Gosainkund can be reached.

More than 250 devotees who came through Patanjali Yoga Committee for the Ganga Dussehra festival have left for Gosainkunda this morning, according to the Nepal Police.  According to religious beliefs, devotees visit Gosaikund because it is a holy place of pilgrimage that must be visited at least once in a lifetime. Special festivals In Gangadshahra, 10 days during the festival and 5 days during the Janaipurnima festival, a special fair is held 15 days a year. 

The movement of devotees has been continuing for twelve months.  Hotels are operating in places for the accommodation of travelers. Because of the unique natural beauty  Agricultural scientist Tara Bahadur Ghimire said that it is easy to go to the pool.
