A tipper accident occurred on the Helambu Highway in Mandandeupur Municipality-7, and the driver died on the spot.

According to the District Police Office, on Sunday morning while coming towards Panchkhaal with sand from Indrawati river, the tipper No. 4 B 3363 backed uphill and went out of control when the tipper fell down about 100 meters.

Last March 31, 31-year-old driver Vinod Ghorasaini was crushed to death when the tipper No. 2K 3464 fell seven meters down from the tipper deal while backing a tipper to unload sand inside the compound of a hotel under construction at Mandandeupur-2 Thakurigaon.
