The sixteenth session of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly has been called for this 5th of June at 11 am. Provincial Chief Deepak Prasad Devkota called the session in accordance with the decision and recommendation of the Council of Ministers of the Bagmati Provincial Government in accordance with Article 183 of the Constitution of Nepal.

From the sixteenth session, the policy and program and budget for the next fiscal year 2082/83 will be presented. 

The state government is preparing the budget for the coming year. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning had set a budget ceiling of 55 billion to 14 ministries including the Chief Minister's Office and the Cabinet Office on 4 Baisakh. 

The fifteenth session of the Provincial Assembly ended on March 20.
