A rural municipality of Makwanpur and a municipality of South Korea are going to have a sisterly relationship.
It is going to establish a sisterly relationship between Bakaiya rural municipality in the eastern region of the district and Bui-Gun municipality of South Korea.
It has been proposed to establish sisterly relations between Bakaiya Rural Municipality and Bui-Gun Municipality with a discussion with representatives of Korean Culture Center, including Moon Young Soo, in Bakaiya Rural Municipality on Wednesday.
Bakaiya Rural Municipality and Bui-Gun Municipality are going to establish sisterly relations by supporting Bakaiya Rural Municipality in the fields of agriculture, tourism, education and technology transfer, said Dharmaraj Lamichhane, chairman of Bakaiya Rural Municipality.
On the said occasion, Chairman Lamichhane handed over a request letter to the representative of Korean Culture Center with the decision to request Korean Culture Center President Moon Young Soo to facilitate the establishment of sisterly relations.
