Makwanpur police arrested one person from Hetaunda with 225 bottles of illegal drug Onerex. The arrested person is 24-year-old Mumtaz Mian, a resident of Bahudarmai Municipality-9 in Parsa.

According to Makwanpur district police office, 225 bottles of narcotic drugs were found hidden inside the spare tire on the hood of Madhesh Pradesh 03-001 J 451 sumo, which was coming from Amlekhganj Bara towards Kathmandu during the checking at Hetounda-15 Ratomate under East-West Highway.

The driver Mian was arrested with a sumo with 100 milliliters of Onerex hidden inside the tire, Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal, spokesperson of District Police Office Makwanpur informed.

The police have taken Mian a 5-day permission from the Makwanpur district court and proceeded with the necessary investigation process.
