The police arrested a young man in Makwanpur on Sunday evening on the charge of raping a minor daughter. Local police office Palung arrested her 36-year-old father on the charge of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old daughter of Thaha municipality of Makwanpur.
The father had been repeatedly raping the daughter of the elder wife since November. The elder wife left her daughter at home and got married for the second time .
After her father repeatedly raped her, the girl could not bear it and told the pain to Phupu . She filed a complaint at the local police office in Palung with the help of the policemen.
