A girl who was seriously injured after being hit by a tipper in an inner road section at Champepipalbot in Panchkhaal Municipality-3 of Kavre on Tuesday afternoon died during treatment.

According to the District Police Office, around 3:15 pm on Tuesday afternoon, a tipper bearing number 1845 of B.P.01-004 from Raviop towards Panchkhal hit Shakti Pariyar's 4-year-old daughter Arika.

The seriously injured girl from the collision was immediately taken to Dhulikhel Hospital for further treatment after initial treatment at Panchkhal Polyclinic. However, during the course of the treatment, the doctor declared him dead at around 4:40 PM, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Meen Bahadur Ghale, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Kavre.
