Six inmates from Regional Jail Bhimfedi are going to take the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) this year. Jailer Tirtharaj Paudel said that 3 prisoners and 3 prisoners who are serving their sentences in Bhimfedi prison for vehicular homicide, extortion, robbery, theft and drug cases will participate in the SEE examination starting from Thursday.

He said, 'The arrangements have been made for the prisoners who have filled the SEE form from Siddharth Mavi located in Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city-2 to take the exam from within the jail. Siddharth Mavi's teacher will come with answer book and question paper and he will take the exam.' 

More than 7 thousand students from Makwanpur are participating in the SEE exam. 7 thousand 456 students are taking the exam in technical and general on the regular side. This year, 1 thousand 495 people and 96 people are taking part in the exam for the grade increase.

According to Suvid Giri, the head of Makwanpur Education Coordination Unit, 28 examination centers have been designated in Makwanpur. Chief Giri informed that last year only 26 examination centers were designated in Makwanpur, this year more examination centers have been added to Kalika High School in Namtar of Kailash Rural Municipality and Shramik High School in Hetaunda. He said that along with the addition of examination center in Kailash Rural Municipality, there are examination centers at all local levels in Makwanpur.

In Shramik Mavi of Hetaunda, a center has been designated only for technical students. According to him, central presidents have been assigned to all local levels. 28 center presidents, 51 assistant center presidents, 374 inspectors, 76 examination assistants, 150 office assistants and 420 security personnel have been deployed for the SEE examination. 

Chief Giri has reached the question papers and answer sheets to all the centers far away. They can reach the nearest centers by Wednesday. Students from 139 community and institutional schools of Makwanpur district are participating in SEE.
