The body of a young man who went missing in the Trishuli river after a motorcycle accident was found from Bridge No. 3 at Ichchakamana-5 in Chitwan under the Narayangadh-Muglin road section.
The body of 27-year-old Rohit Rana, formerly of Chandreshwar Gavis-3 of Lamjung and currently residing in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-1 Ramnagar of Chitwan, was found this morning after nine days. According to Nirla Bhandari, chief police inspector of the area police office, Muglin, the body was found floating in the river about 100 meters below the site of the accident.
Police Inspector Bhandari said that Rana's body was rescued from the river by a joint team of the Armed Police and Nepal Police and sent to Bharatpur Hospital for autopsy. According to Inspector Bhandari, Rohit's family has identified the dead body.
