After a video of the police brutally beating a person in the Bypass Road area of Bharatpur was released on social media at night, the police have started an investigation into the matter. Chitwan police chief SP Gautam Mishra informed that after the video went viral on social media, there is interest everywhere.
Mishra said that he had also seen the video on social media and that the investigation was started after finding that the police were being beaten. In the
video, a policeman is seen brutally beating a person in Bypass Road area of Bharatpur in the evening. It is also seen that the license of the motorcycle is being checked . It is seen that the police hit the man in a white shirt by the side of the road.
The video also has the voice of 'Who do you call?' According to SP Mishra, as soon as it is known, the relevant police and location will be identified and information about the incident will be taken. 'By identifying the reality of the video Action will be taken against the concerned police according to the Police Act,' he said.
