On Tuesday, one person died in Chitwan Madi after being attacked by a rhinoceros. According to the information received from the Chitwan Park Office, 56-year-old Chabilal Bote of Chitwan Madi Municipality-3 Bairath passed away after being attacked.
Conservation Officer Avinas Thapamgar, who is the information officer of the park, said that Bote was attacked by a rhinoceros when he went to Kasghari in Riu Khola Bagar to graze buffaloes. He died on the spot.
Riu River is the southern border of Chitwan Park.
