Tripurasundari Rural Municipality of the district has launched 'Agricultural Produce Sales Room' to sell the produce of the farmers of the district. A 'Sales Room' has been brought into operation by the Tripurasundari Farmers Group with the financial support of the Municipality in Balefi Rural Municipality-7 Khadichour Bazar.
According to the Chairman of Tripurasundari Rural Municipality, Bhaktdhwaj Bohra, this room, which was started with a budget of five lakhs, sells vegetables, fish, meat, milk, curd and curds produced by farmers across the municipality. "After getting a reasonable price, the farmers are eager to bring the produce here, but because it is organic, there is a rush to buy the ingredients from the cell," said owner Samrat Virjang Bohra.
