Police have arrested two Indian nationals with drug opium. Police arrested two Indians with opium at 11 am on Wednesday from Rajapur Municipality-4 Customs Chowk.
The arrested are 36-year-old Gurupal Singh of Lakhimpur police station Tikunia, India district and 28-year-old Amrit Pal Singh of Nigori Sajanpur, India district.
The police said that drugs were found when the two suspects were detained and checked. According to the police, 3 grams and 300 milligrams of opium-like substance was found with both people.
DSP Chakra Bahadur Damarpal of District Police Office Bardiya informed that both of them were taken into custody and an extension of 5 days was taken from the court and kept at the area police office, Rajapur.
