Since Monday, the public has been left in the lurch due to non-operation of public transport. Passengers who had gone out on special business were stranded on the road.
Two girls from Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city of Kailali-12 Manehra were waiting for a vehicle at the Gulria bus park, which became deserted due to the closure of public transport. Gulria to Dhangadhi is at a distance of 100 km. They had visited their sister's house (Katarnia village in India) 5 days ago. After traveling about 8 km in Tanga from Gulria, a vehicle is available for Katrniya from Murtiha in India. Through this route, they went to the home of Katarnia Didi in India.
Only after waiting for hours at the deserted Gulria bus park, they came to know that the public transport has been closed since Monday . Then I panicked and called my relatives to take me on a motorcycle. "We didn't know that the vehicle was closed." We came from sister's house . We came to know that the bus was not running only when the Gulria bus park looked deserted,' said Anjali Choudhary of Manehra, 'Didi's house was also far away from Gulria, and her house in Dhangadhi was also far away . We got sad in the middle of the road.'
Simta Raji, who was with her, said that she had been waiting for the bus since morning at Gulria Bus Park. "We left Didi's house early in the morning without eating anything," she said. While sitting at the bus park, it was already 12:30 in the afternoon. We have informed the relatives to come and pick it up from Dhangadhi. When will you arrive?'
